    Manually fed of the books or magazines on a batch up to 70 mm in thickness, the operator brings the batch of printed material into a square stop and the machine automatically feds the material to the safe trilateral cutting area. It can be operated in three modes: actuated automatically by a sensor in the square stop, or by foot pedal or by a cycle speed regulated by the operator

    can be operated in a semi automatic mode offline, or inline mode as a part of a perfect binding machine connected with the delivery conveyor to finish the trilateral cutting of bind books. In the semi automatic mode the operator would feed each book into the conveyor, the machine will make batches of books up to a thickness up to 80 mm and then feed them automatically into the cutting process of three sides, delivering a finished book into the exit conveyor.

    The SABLE guillotine has the back table in one solid structure without split table, the back gage is supported by two arms from each side, that travel in linear gears of long durability, bringing a solid support to the back gauge.

    Hidraulic Die Cutter SABLE
     
    The SABLE hydraulic die cutter is very useful to cut irregular (circular, elliptical, triangular) shape products like labels, cards, plastic seals, and telephone cards. It cuts any printed product pushing the substrate through a precise machine steel die into the desired shape. It is used in the label, packaging industry and the converting industry.
    This machine will permit you to cut with high precision of accuracy high volumes of labels and cards. Its operation is very easy, the printer cuts the products on a guillotine leaving a margin of 3 mm around the product edges, then it feeds batches of the substrate into the die cutter, it squares two sides and actuates the die cutter that pushes the substrate through the die cutting it with an accuracy of +- 0.01 mm. The machine can do up to 10 cycles per minute depending in the operator ability to feed the material.
    SABLE has several sizes and models with a maximum diameter of 115 mm, 200 mm y 260 mm. The die cutter has an infra red security system and a security hatch that prevents the operator to access the machine while it is cutting the material. The die cutter can be operated in manual mode at the push of button, on a semi automatic mode or in an automatic mode with a desired cycle speed.
